Perfect for individuals who struggle to have complex and challenging conversations and individuals or organisations who lack trust or work with conflict. Challenging conversations are essential to any high-performing and fully functional team, so why do so many people struggle to have them? Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please get in touch with us at least 48 hours in advance. There will be no charge for rescheduling within 48 hours, outside of this, there will be a £50 re-booking fee. A full refund can also be given for cancellations before 48 hours of the course start time, a 50% refund if cancelled within 24 hours of the course start time and no refund will be given for cancellations after this time.
