With over 25 years in technology leadership, I understand the challenges leaders face — from navigating change and managing complexity, to building confidence and leading teams under pressure.

 

I’ve scaled one of the UK’s largest Cisco practices to $120M in revenue, driven $1.1B in global sales at CDW, and led award-winning sales and leadership initiatives. But what I’m most proud of is helping people uncover their superpowers and perform with confidence.
