Yvonne Matzk - Founder of Coachere
Helping leaders in the IT channel unlock confidence, performance, and growth.

A career built on leadership, performance, and purpose
I’ve spent over 25 years in the technology industry, leading award-winning sales and leadership initiatives. From scaling one of the UK’s largest Cisco practices to over $120M in revenue, to driving $1.1B in global revenue at CDW, my career has been defined by building high-performing teams and creating results that last.
But alongside the numbers, I’ve always been driven by something deeper: helping people unlock their potential. I know first-hand that confidence and clarity are the real foundations of leadership — and when people believe in themselves, performance follows.
Why I Founded Coachere
During the pandemic, I took the leap to build something new: a purpose-driven business that brings together my experience in technology leadership, coaching, and social mobility.
Coachere exists to help leaders, teams, and organisations in the IT channel uncover their superpowers and perform at their best. Through workshops, coaching, and frameworks, I equip people to:

-
Build unshakable confidence
-
Clear the chaos and focus on what matters
-
Communicate with impact and courage

My Approach
I believe leadership development should be practical, human, and proven. That’s why I design tools and programmes that are:

Purpose-driven
Rooted in values, not just tactics.

Performance-focused
Frameworks that deliver real results.

Personalised
Adaptable to individuals, teams, and organisations.
Beyond Coachere
I’m also the co-founder and Chair of The Channel Community C.I.C., a peer group offering free mentoring and networking support in the IT channel. I host the podcast Smashing the Class Ceiling to inspire people from lower socio-economic backgrounds into tech. And I’ve authored the book Conditioning Kills Confidence to help people understand how past experiences shape their self-belief.
